Raikou was a character on Netflix's Jupiter's Legacy. She was portrayed by Anna Akana.

Powers and Abilities

• Telepathy: Raikou inherited her telepathic abilities, from her father, Walter Sampson, allowing her to accomplish various psychic feats, almost as powerful as her father.
  • Telepathic Communication: Raikou is able to telepathically communicate with her father, by leaving her physical body and having her mind enter a "psychic painting", allowing her to have time to talk to others with telepathic abilities, yet her physical body stays frozen in the position she was in right before she enters the psychic painting.
  • Telepathic Stabilization: Raikou was able to temporarily stabilize the fake Blackstar's mind and keep the door to his mind open, so that Walt had a way to get out.
• Super Strength: Raikou is superhumanly strong. She was able to kick a female ninja into a wall with great force.

Abilities

Swordsmanship: Raikou is highly skilled swordsmanship. As a ninja assassin she is mostly know in Japan for being a ruthless killer who does anything for the sake of money.

Trivia

• When doing assassinations in Japan, she had an appearance of a ninja.
• Raikou is inspired by Psylocke (Elizabeth Braddock) as both are of Asian descent, fight with Japanese weapons and both have psychic powers.
  • Though at the same time, Raikou may somewhat be a combination of Psylocke in Marvel comics and Katana in DC comics.
