Forecast is a super villain an a minor character in Supercrooks.
Biography[]
Forecast was originally part of Johnny Bolt's gang, but went "straight" selling umbrellas at exorbitant prices, causing it to rain so that people would willingly buy them. When Johnny Bolt was released from prison, he brought Forecast back into the gang for a heist to steal from The Bastard. Forecast found it particularly amusing when Johnny blackmailed The Gladiator with knowledge of his homosexuality.
During the heist itself, Forecast urged Johnny to relax about Kasey and to focus on their jobs. He called down lightning to incapacitate mansion security guards, and chilled the hinges of a vault door enough that Sammy Diesel could rip it from the wall. Forecast later fought a clone of The Praetorian, being quickly overwhelmed until The Gladiator stepped in to defeat The Praetorian.
Afterward, Forecast successfully fled the air with the rest of the heist crew, loot in hand, and using his cut of the take to buy a space shuttle.

Forecast has power over the weather, able to create storms on a clear day, localized lightning without clouds, and blizzards inside contained areas.
